After my Genesis was involved in an accident, I started searching for a body shop near me and quickly realized that finding the right repair facility is important. Since my vehicle is leased, I wanted to make sure it was repaired properly and according to OEM repair procedures. The last thing I wanted was to have issues when returning the vehicle at the end of the lease because repairs had not been completed to manufacturer standards. After speaking with several collision repair shops, I chose The Body Shop Collision Repair, and I’m very happy I did. One of the reasons I felt comfortable moving forward was that they are insurance approved and OEM certified. They explained the repair process in detail, answered all of my questions, and made it clear that quality and safety were their priorities. The team worked directly with Progressive Insurance and handled most of the communication for me, which made the entire process much less stressful since I’m not a fluent English speaker yet. Throughout the repair, they kept me informed and were always available whenever I had questions. I would also like to personally thank Francisco, for the outstanding customer service. Francisco was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. What impressed me most was learning that he has specialized education in the automotive industry. As a customer, it gives you a lot of confidence knowing that your vehicle is being repaired by people who have special training and truly understand modern vehicle repair, OEM procedures, safety systems, and manufacturer requirements. When I picked up my Genesis, the results exceeded my expectations. The paint match was flawless, the body lines looked factory-perfect, and there was no indication that the vehicle had ever been involved in an accident. Most importantly, I left knowing that the repairs were completed correctly using OEM procedures and OEM parts whenever available. Had help from Arsen and Francisco, can recommend to my friends and family, and know they will be in great hands. Someone hit my wife's car while it was parked. The shop helped us, it was a 2-day turnaround time. Delivered before, and it looked like nothing happened to the car. Arsen and his crew did an AMAZING job on my car. My rear bumper was coming off a bit and needed an adjustment and so I called them and they said they could do it for free. So I took it to this shop and they got it done for me in like 25 mins and wow is it perfect. They even had to take off the whole back bumper. After that I offered to pay and they kept their word and did the job for free. They did a 10/10 job and their service and attitude was so so good. Their wait room is also very clean and modern!
